David Rodecker brings over two decades of experience designing, scaling, and operating high-availability technology ventures, data infrastructure, and commercial businesses. As a seasoned founder and systems architect, David built Local Splash into a nationwide digital presence leader and is currently pioneering AI voice and text agents for home-service enterprises operating on proprietary, owned infrastructure.
Beyond pure software, David actively invests in and develops commercial and residential real estate across Southern California, Texas, and Florida. This intersection of hands-on physical property management, electrical infrastructure, and autonomous fleet systems forms the operational foundation of Tango Cab: pairing owned real-estate footprints with flush inductive charging hubs and automated quality control.

Interim executive leadership roles are structured as equity and advisory positions prior to fleet commercialization, with executive cash compensation established by board vote upon operational cash flow.
